We deliver orders just in Germany. The minimum purchase is 15€. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take a while for us to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Note!

Return Policy
If your order returns to us because it couldn't be delivered or you didn't picked it up from your local post office we will cancel your order once it comes back to us. We will be deducting the real fees that you order costed to us (both shipping and returning fee, payment fees, packing fees) from the refund amount. The rest will be refunded to you credit card that your used for the payment.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is based on the package value, weight and volume of the parcel and will be calculated automatically at checkout. All the prices in the online store are in euros (€) and include the German VAT. Prices shown on the store don't include delivery charges, which will be added to your purchase. Shipping costs are notified before confirming the final purchase. The best way to find out the shipping cost for a specific item is to add them or it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Delivered to home address or nearest pick-up point in Germany. Time of delivery 2-3 working days. Price of delivery 2.5€ for packages under 30€ value & free delivery for packages above 30€ value.

For domestic shipping we use DPD. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address, nearest pick-up point or local post office.
